ಹಣದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಬುದ್ಧಿಮತ್ತೆಯ ಕೊರತೆಯಲ್ಲ — ಅದು ಮನಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾವನೆಗಳ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ
ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇದೆ:
“ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತರು ಹಣದ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಡೋದಿಲ್ಲ.”
ಆದರೆ ನಿಜ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಏನು ನೋಡ್ತೀವಿ?
- ಉತ್ತಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪಡೆದವರು
- ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವವರು
- ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಯೋಚಿಸುವವರು
ಇವರೇ ಹಣದ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಗೊಂದಲ, ಒತ್ತಡ ಮತ್ತು ಭಯ ಅನುಭವಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಇದು:
ಹಣದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ನಿಜಕ್ಕೂ ಅಜ್ಞಾನದಿಂದ ಬರುತ್ತದಾ?
ಹಣ = ಗಣಿತವಲ್ಲ, ಮನಶ್ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ
ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮಗೆ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಗಣಿತದಂತೆ ಕಲಿಸಿಲ್ಲ.
ಆದರೆ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣದ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಗಳು ಭಾವನೆಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವಲಂಬಿತವಾಗಿರುತ್ತವೆ.
- ಭಯ
- ಲೋಭ
- ಹೋಲಿಕೆ
- ಗಿಲ್ಟ್
ಬುದ್ಧಿಮತ್ತೆ ಈ ಭಾವನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಹಲವಾರು ಬಾರಿ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು justify ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ.
ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತರಿಗೆ ಹಣ ಏಕೆ ಕಷ್ಟವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ?
ಕಾರಣಗಳು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ:
- ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಯೋಚನೆ, ಕಡಿಮೆ ಕ್ರಮ
- ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಡುವ ಭಯ
- ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಒತ್ತಡ
- ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಹೋಲಿಕೆ
“ಸರಿಯಾದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಿಯಾದ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ” ಎಂಬ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯೇ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಗಳನ್ನು ತಡಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ಹಣದ ನಿಜವಾದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ
ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಹಣದ ಕೊರತೆ ಅಲ್ಲ.
ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಹಣದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇರುವ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಬಂಧ.
ನಾವು ಹಣವನ್ನು:
- ಭದ್ರತೆ ಎಂದು ನೋಡುತ್ತೀವಿ
- ಮೌಲ್ಯ ಎಂದು ಗೊಂದಲಪಡುತ್ತೀವಿ
- ಗುರುತು (identity) ಎಂದು ಭಾವಿಸುತ್ತೀವಿ
ಈ ಗೊಂದಲವೇ ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತರನ್ನೂ ಸಿಲುಕಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
