Imagine a tree that stands strong because it has no holes inside. Wind, rain, and sun can come — but the tree stays rooted because nothing can hollow it out. If we close the “holes” inside our heart — the small leaks of attention, the repeated drains — our inner light returns and life begins to feel brighter again.
