If life is a long journey, the mind is the weather we experience along the way.

On some days, the sky inside us feels clear. We feel energetic, confident, and capable. The thought “I can handle this” arises naturally.

On other days, clouds gather without warning. Small words feel heavy. Simple tasks feel exhausting. Sometimes, we don’t even know why the mind feels burdened.

This is not weakness. This is a natural human condition.


Why Do Emotions Keep Changing?

When it rains, do we argue with the sky? Do we demand an explanation from the clouds?
