Control vs Freedom
പണം നമ്മുടെ കൈയിലാണോ? അല്ലെങ്കിൽ നമ്മൾ പണത്തിന്റെ കൈയിലാണോ?
പലരും ആത്മവിശ്വാസത്തോടെ പറയുന്നൊരു വാചകം:
“എനിക്ക് പണം നിയന്ത്രിക്കാൻ അറിയാം.”
പക്ഷേ ദിവസേനയുള്ള തീരുമാനങ്ങൾ നോക്കിയാൽ മറ്റൊരു ചിത്രം കാണാം.
- ജോലി വിടാൻ പേടി
- Time ഇല്ലെന്ന് പറയുന്ന ജീവിതം
- EMI കളുടെ സമ്മർദ്ദം
- Risk എടുക്കാൻ മടി
ഇതിൽ നിന്ന് ഉയരുന്ന ചോദ്യം:
പണം നമ്മെ സഹായിക്കുകയാണോ? അല്ലെങ്കിൽ നിയന്ത്രിക്കുകയാണോ?
Control എന്നത് എന്താണ്?
Control എന്നത് സാധാരണയായി:
- സ്ഥിരമായ വരുമാനം
- ബില്ലുകൾ സമയത്ത് അടയ്ക്കൽ
- ചെലവുകൾ മാനേജ് ചെയ്യൽ
ഇത് ആവശ്യമാണ്. പക്ഷേ ഇതിനെ തന്നെ freedom ആയി തെറ്റിദ്ധരിക്കുന്നു.
Freedom എന്നത് എന്താണ്?
Freedom എന്നത്:
- “ഇല്ല” എന്ന് പറയാനുള്ള ശേഷി
- ജോലി ഇല്ലെങ്കിലും ജീവിക്കാനുള്ള ധൈര്യം
- സമയം എങ്ങനെ ഉപയോഗിക്കണമെന്ന് തീരുമാനിക്കാനുള്ള അവകാശം
- ഭയമല്ല — തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ്
Freedom control-നേക്കാൾ ഒരു നില ഉയർന്ന അവസ്ഥയാണ്.
Golden Handcuffs – സുഖമുള്ള തടവ്
നല്ല ശമ്പളം, സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ, lifestyle…
പുറത്ത് നിന്ന് എല്ലാം perfect.
പക്ഷേ ഉള്ളിൽ “ഇത് വിട്ടാൽ ഞാൻ എന്ത് ചെയ്യും?” എന്ന സ്ഥിരമായ പേടി.
ഇതാണ് golden handcuffs.
ബുദ്ധിമാന്മാർക്ക് ഈ കുടുക്ക് കൂടുതലാകുന്നത് എന്തുകൊണ്ട്?
ബുദ്ധിയുള്ളവർ stability-നെ safety ആയി കുഴയ്ക്കുന്നു.
Risk ഒഴിവാക്കുന്നത് തന്നെ ഒരു risk ആണെന്ന് അവർ പലപ്പോഴും കാണുന്നില്ല.
Stability ആശ്വാസം നൽകും. Freedom വളർച്ച നൽകും.
Control ൽ നിന്ന് Freedom ലേക്ക് എങ്ങനെ?
Freedom ഒരു ചാടല്ല.
- Emergency fund ഉണ്ടാക്കുക
- Fixed expenses കുറയ്ക്കുക
- Lifestyle commitments സ്ലോ ചെയ്യുക
- Skills & options വർധിപ്പിക്കുക
ലക്ഷ്യം ജോലി വിടുക അല്ല — ജോലി ഇല്ലാതിരുന്നാലും ഭയമില്ലാതിരിക്കുക.
Day 7 – Core Message
പണം നിയന്ത്രിക്കുന്നത്
മതി അല്ല.
പണം ഇല്ലാതിരുന്നാലും
ജീവിക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്ന ശേഷി
വന്നാൽ മാത്രമേ
യഥാർത്ഥ freedom ഉണ്ടാകൂ.
Control ആശ്വാസം നൽകും. Freedom തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് നൽകും.
